1. Material and Shop drawing submittals for 20 on-going projects.
- Checking and Segregating of the Project Contract, Specifications, BOQ and Drawings.
- Preparing, monitoring and recording of submittals.
- Submitting the documents to each of the 20 project’s consultant for further review and approval.
- Prepares compliance statement for revisions and resubmissions.
- Scan, save and circulates important documents through email and data server for future use.

To Senior Engineers

2. Subcontractor coordinator.
- Sends inquiries and collecting of quotations for all materials for on-going projects.
- Prepares comparative report for the inquiries collected.
- Monitoring of Letter of Intent (to ensure that LOI are being return with signature and stamp).
- Contract Drafting, monitoring and finalization.

To Finance Team

3. Project Accounts Monitoring (Receivable and Balance).
- Records and monitor Subcontractor’s monthly payment (payable and balance).

To Project Managers

4. Preparing, monitoring and recording of weekly and monthly progress submitted by Site Engineers.
5. Monthly site visit for taking and collection of site picture for progress monitoring.
6. Updating progress billing for all the on-going projects.

To Quantity Surveyor Team

7. Bill of Quantities Conversion.
- Conversion of files from PDF to Excel/Word or vice versa.
- Combines all the BOQ sheets.
- Formulating the general total to summarize the BOQ.

To Procurement Manager

8. Suppliers and Subcontractors
- Collecting the contacts for each of the suppliers and subcontractors for each material/work.
- Request of company profiles, samples, technical data and specifications.
- Coordination with the delivery from supplier to the site.
- Credit notes for materials returned or exchanged.

To Deputy General Manager and General Manager

9. Drafting of Letters (Fax and E-mail)
