Currently working as Health Safety Security & Environment (HSSE) Supervisor at Doha
sea port since November 2008 in Milaha which is one of the leading Marine & Logistics
Company in the Middle East.
Clients: - Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Ports Management Co, Maersk Oil, Ras Gas, Qatar Gas,
QAPCO, QAFCO and QASCO.
Primary objectives.

• To supervise all activities of the operation on the Ports and to ensure these activities are
conducted according to internationally recognised HSSE practices.
• To implement the requirements of the company HSSE policies and procedures, including but not limited to, equipment, training, certification, risk assessment etc.
• To provide the safety vision, correct attitude, motivation and training to others.

Roles & responsibilities.
• Responds to and investigates all accidents, incidents, near misses, enquiries and requests/complaints from businesses, 3rd party transporters, members of the public and other
relevant authorities, taking where necessary, enforcement action under the direction of the
HSSE Manager.
• To ensure all accident / incident documentation is completed correctly and sent to the appropriate departments for action, to be verified by the HSSE Manager before being
distributed
• All Root Cause Analysis spread sheets to be updated monthly;
• Deliver HSSE training to staff, contractors, and customers as required
• Ensuring a register of lifting machinery and lifting tackle is maintained correctly by the relevant section; to carry out regular inspections and audits on this equipment;
• Undertake routine/periodic/weekly audits and inspections of all Milaha - Port Services work
areas and Company premises (i.e. Offices, Workshops, Yard Areas), to ensure Milaha - Port
Services compliance with HSSE is in accordance with laws and regulations and ensuring
• To ensure all HSSE registers are constantly updated and certification dates are adhered to;

Penta Square Associates, Thrissur, Kerala

Worked as Safety Supervisor in Penta Square Associates (Construction Co) . Thrissur
Since 1 December 2004 to October 2008.
Job responsibilities:-
• Monitoring the laborers for any of the unsafe acts and reporting it to the safety officer.
• Routine physical inspection of the various equipments like scaffoldings, safety harness etc.
• Assisting the safety officer for implementing the various safety aspects of the company in order to abide by the safety policy of the company.
• To ensure all HSSE registers are constantly updated and certification dates are adhered to;
• Deal with and prepare all Stop Observation card reports and Accident / Incident reports, Root
Cause Analysis, and recommend changes to procedures.
• Identify significant HSSE risks in the operation and prepare the HSSE Risk assessments for the specific tasks and plant in order to implement safe operational procedures.
