Acting as HSE Manager from November 2014 up to present. Managing 2 sites (Sulphur Plant and OIL and GAS WELL PADS). Serve as an ADVISOR in all HSE Matters within these two sites. Also Coordinating with the Operation Group and Clients through meetings and correspondence.
*Review and Update Existing HSEMS/Programs in line with the client requirements.
*Review / approve subcontractors and vendors HSE suitability for inclusion on approved suppliers list.
*Liaise with clients on matters relating to HSE Hazard and Risk Assessment.
*Mentor and coach assigned PTW HSE Officer to Plan, direct and participate in the permit process including processing applications, tracking, scheduling inspection request, and issuance of permits.
*Participates in SIMOPS, PSSR and work permit co-ordination meetings.
*Prepare KPI, Statistics and Monthly Reports.
*Prepare Project HSE Close-out reports.
*Review Task Risk Assessment based on Method Statements submitted by Constructions.
*Develop Action plan (Safety and Environmental issues) and enforce implementation.
*Develop HSE Training presentations and Videos.
*Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with client HSEMS.
*Participate in SIMOPS and Interface Meetings.
*Conduct Specialized Trainings and Mock drills.
*Conduct Risk Assessments to all works stipulated in Method Statements.
*Conduct Site Audits Work procedure implementation on site and compliance to the HSE Management System.
*Review and implement Environmental Program on site.
*Participate in all HSE meetings and Audit.
*Act as a focal point in all Environmental issues.
*Establishes accurate records and KPIs.
*Develop specialized training presentations.
*Conduct Mock drills.
*Review Risk Assessments that were submitted by construction.
*Conduct investigations and process report.
*Ensures strict implementation of HSEMS.
