Oversee all audience and program development and outreach for this major military history museum. This is the flagship museum of 14 Navy museums throughout the United States.

Manage department budget of $200, 000 plus $300, 000 multi-year federal grant-funded outreach programs; author grant proposals and help Development Officer identify potential grant sources.
Manage program contractors, write contracts, track payments; draft Statements of Work; write MOUs.
Responsible for cultivating strategic collaborations and partnerships for educational programs.
Oversee the museum’s teen leadership program Youth Advisory Council (YAC).
Developed current education department strategic planning goals up through FY2017.

Plan, develop, and execute outreach programs for the Division of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the community outreach arm of the Saudi Aramco Corporation. Work involved extensive copy editing of English language text prepared by Saudi nationals, writing proposals for outreach programs targeting various audiences, and drafting various correspondence for upper management review; Project Manager for CSR's 5-year outreach partnership with SciTech, the science center of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
Assisted educational programming team of the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture.
Oversaw the exhibits, education and outreach divisions for the museum; managed 12 staff. AhTahThiKi is the largest museum in the United States dedicated to collecting and preserving the history and culture of the Seminole sovereign nation through diverse exhibitions and programs. With a multi-million dollar operating budget the museum is a Smithsonian Affiliate, and was the first Tribal museum in the United States accredited by the American Association of Museums (AAM).
