Applying management techniques as the part of administration in coordinating the management, procurement, marketing, production, accounts and logistics ensuring optimum output of natural and synthetic rubber products.
Capture, Record and analyze various data related to departmental performance and imparting modifications on processes if necessary with consultation and guidance from Top Management.
Organizing and attending weekly/monthly meetings within various departments inside the organization to set, brief and review goals outlined by management to ensure maximum productivity.
Maintain proper records related to all works so that they are easily accessible and analyzed for ensured continued enterprise profitability.
Refining data on the internal performance of the business into meaningful reports/statistics/presentations with summarized analysis for top management review to facilitate ease in the decision making process.
Support for all data or material based requirements for ongoing projects and departments.
Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
Investigate, Analyze and Respond to customer complaints involving Quality Team and assuring future customer satisfaction.
Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
Monitor and prepare Monthly Reports on Production, Expenses and Profitability.
Work managing, supporting and organizing using basic IT Applications like MS Office packages.
JOB PROFILE:-
• Design verification of equipment layout in process plants.
• Quality control inspections during different piping works like Fire Fighting System, offsite pipelines for tank farm, etc.
• Site Supervision during erection of plant machinery.
• Co-ordination with other services like Architectural, Civil, Electrical, etc. ensuring successful completion of projects.
• Review subcontractor procedures, processes and documentation in order.
• Technical and Financial Evaluation of various mechanical tenders.
• Design of fire fighting hydrant pipe layout, fire detection and sprinkler system as per NBC/TAC
• Preparation of estimates, BOQ, technical specifications, tenders and commissioning of Fire Detection and Fighting System.
• Preparation of detailed study and feasibility reports for clients.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Detailed Asset Valuation of mechanical items in connection with land acquisition for different government projects.

Design verification of equipment layout of fully automatic high-tech poultry feed plant of Kerala State Poultry Development Corporation (KSPDC) Ltd., Govt. of Kerala
Inspection, supervision, co-ordination with client & contractor and project management of “Repairing and replacing of machineries at Priyadharshini Tea Factory at Manathavady, Kerala.”
Quality control inspection of 4x 200mm offsite MS pipelines for tank farm of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) at Willington Island Terminal, Kochi, Kerala.
Project Management and commissioning of plant machinery at Densified Fodder Block Plant of Kerala Feeds Ltd. (KFL) at Palakkad, Kerala

Prepared study report on “Alternate fuels for existing boilers at Kerala Minerals & Metals Ltd. (KMML)” for KMML, Govt. of Kerala.
Prepared detailed project feasibility report on “Container Manufacturing Unit” for Directorate of Ports to showcase in Emerging Kerala 2012 Global Connect Event.
Preparation of Technical specifications, machine layout, estimates and schedule of quantities of machinery for technical report on “Test facility for development of Underwater Towed System at Naval Physical and Oceanographic Laboratory (NPOL)” for NPOL, Govt of India.

I completed my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam in 2011 with an aggregate of 77.5 %, ie First Class with Distinction. I was awarded with a Gold Medal for being the topper in my batch. I was also awarded as Best Outgoing Student of Mechanical Engineering department of my college in 2007-2011 batch.
I did my pre-degree in St. Peter’s Vocational & Higher Secondary School, Kolenchery, Kerala
I completed my matriculation from M.A.M.H.S.S under Board of Public Examination, Kerala in 2005 with 91.5 %
