Job Description
Flight Controller is responsible on supervision of operational flights on ground and deals a customer service relation on each travelers. They are the one who manage the on ground flight before it departs. This includes the meals on board for each passenger and its different types according to their meal preference. The seats allocations of each passenger depending on their necessary needs from regular passenger, wheelchair passenger, travelling with infants or children up to bushiness class to first class passenger and VIP's. The checking of bags of each passenger which must be tagged correctly to their final destination. Also familiarization on different types of Visa's and necessary document required on their destinations.
Being a Flight Controller also does the same duty of a customer service agents which rotates to different areas of the airport as they assist customers which includes checking-in at the counter, accounting the passengers at the immigration and transit area, boarding them at the gate.
Flight Controller assist customers before and after a flight which makes whole flight.
