Worked with projects Cirque Du Soleil, Swan Lake ballet, Sandance festival, David Guetta, Justin Bieber, Noel Ghallagher, Julio Iglesias, Tiesto, Nasimi beach and many more concerts.
My responsibilities as a ticket seller were explain customers about future concerts, prices, seats, terms and conditions, to sell tickets and put customer database to Platinumlist website. As a Customer support desk manager I was solving problem with unhappy customers at the concert venues, helping them and filling reports to management.

An operations manager I played a vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of a business run smoothly. My responsibility for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that the company of employment runs to its maximum productivity.
The main responsibilities of an operations manager include handling the logistics of the organisation, preparing budgets and inventories, and overseeing the supervision of employees.
I was responsible to build good customer relations, monitor and assign work to Operational staff, while monitoring and reviewing all the tasks of Operations under the assignment and supervision of General Manager. Manage, monitor and reconcile the physical ticket booth sales as well as POS machines and guarantee the exact calculation between system report and cash collected, prepare reports based on the operations of every event to determine efficiency and effectiveness of TIXBOX services.
