Supervises the daily materials/parts warehousing operation and activities such as receiving and checking of incoming stocks, inspection, selection, identification, tagging and codification, shelving and binning, storing, distribution including multiple procurement and supply of various service materials.
Evaluate stock request with stock level and prepare related paper works for re-order purposes.
Ensure smooth operation and accuracy of materials shipment to the end user in an efficient and timely manner.
Maintained adequate and up-to-date stock records, such as inventory, materials control and supply reports.
Ensure all materials in the warehouse are stored accordingly in compliance with the company standard.
Conduct periodic inventory, investigate discrepancies and produce final figure.
Maintain security and cleanliness within the warehouse at all times.
•Ensures the attainment of Sales Volume mix/target in the assigned area.
•Analyses the execution of marketing programs and attainment of market share targets.
•Conduct, monitor and evaluate the optimum allocation and utilization of available resources for the management and development of sales associates including direct sales territory.
•Attend to costumer concerns and inquiries and ensure their product satisfaction.
•Monitor and analyzes the attainment of credit and collection targets.
•Regularly conduct business review and assists intermediary partners in managing their business and promotion of sales.
•Prepare and maintain all required trade and sales information and reports directly to the Sales Manager.
