Duties and Responsibilities
• Acquire and maintain a complete understanding of the sales process as per Fitness First groundwork.
• Over achieve the minimum performance criteria as outlined in the daily sales procedures.
• Manage Monthly Individual and Team sales targets.
• Team coaching and development.
• Customer Service Interaction
• Deliver the highest standards of customer care.
• Ensure effective and efficient communication with both members and other departments.
• Promote the Company as brand and a lifestyle.
• Effective needs analysis breakdown.
• Organized administration.
• Client liaison and aftercare.
• Maintain a high level of client retention.
• Consistent fitness and product knowledge training.
• Report to Membership Manager.
• Prepares list of potential customer (individual and fleet), plans and schedules appointment.
• Performs sales activities, generating and developing accounts.
• Sales and Marketing Launch Development.
• Attend regular training for product knowledge.
• Prepares documents, assists in releasing unit and receive payments .
• Assist and process sales to clients, introduces new unit and answer all inquiries.
• Complete daily, monthly and year end reports.
• Report to Account Manager.
