I handled three (3) accounts while i was in this position. 1st is a telephone support representative for a Canadian networking company, normally we help the customer to activate their equipment such as modems and routers, the 2nd position is a telephone representative for a Canadian retail company, we get the customer's order and at the same time provide customers with product and service information, third is a chat support representative for an American Internet Service Provider, activate the customer's Modem, Digital box and other equipment through chat.
This course thought me about the fundamentals of the Import and export process, it helped me to understand how the transactions in the Customs bureau is being done, Familiarization in different export processing zone, Sea Port and Airport gave us the knowledge of how trade process works..
