1. Coordinate with different project stakeholders to develop the technical deliverables and project output in line with company's goals and objectives.

2. Review and evaluate the Subcontactor's PQD, Material Submittals, RAMS, and other Engineering submittals to ensure the compliance with PVL, Specifications and BOQ.

3. Provide technical assistance to different departments such as Planning, Commercial, QA/QC, QHSE and Logistics to achieve the common goal of delivering the projects on time, within the budget, safely and with high quality.

• Spearhead the seamless integration of Issued for Construction drawings with MEP
disciplines, guaranteeing on-schedule delivery to the Construction Department.
• Drive Design/Build Contract processes, orchestrating collaboration between Consultant,
Client, and Company to achieve design compliance, authority approvals, and adherence to
budget estimates.
• Proactively identify contract variations, initiating RFIs and NOVs to safeguard project
integrity.
• Lead the Technical Team in the meticulous provision of technical details, shop drawings,
and necessary approvals, ensuring comprehensive technical support to the project team.
• Collaborate with the Cost Control Department to monitor material costs, ensuring
continuous alignment with the project budget. Oversee shop drawings, schedules, Contribute and Awards

• Person-in-charge of the overall field/site execution of structural and architectural works of
assigned project - from Buildings, Infrastructure and External Works to finishing and fit
out works to complete acceptance of work by the Client and ensures its completion within
budgeted time, cost, productivity and quality standards.
• Responsible in manning, equipment deployment/utilization, materials control/scheduling
and coordination of Sub- contractors.
• Obtaining necessary approvals from Client/Consultant with regards to the variation orders,
report of change and confirmation of verbal instructions.
• In close coordination with the project management always to properly implement principal
agent instructions or guidelines.
• Diligently review IFC drawings and shop drawings for any discrepancy and see to it that
request for information has been raised to close out the issue prior to implementation.
• Coordinate with Quality Control Engineers/Consultants and implement the standard quality
control procedures to ensure acceptance of the completed products.
• Regularly give an update through reporting to my Superior regarding Daily Weekly and
Monthly Accomplishments of the Site.
• Constantly monitor and prepare Daily Inspection Schedules required for the following day
for all the work being undertaken.
• Implements the necessary health, safety and environments (HSE) precautionary
procedures within the jobsite. Preventive measures will also be implemented on the vicinity
immediately affected by the on-going construction project.
• Responsible for giving actions and solutions to all Site Inspection Notices (SINs) and Non
Conformity Reports (NCRs) noticed on the site by the Consultants that need immediate
remedial measures.
• Knowledgeable in Cathodic Protection System, its sequence of work procedures and
corresponding results taken before, during and after the energization.
• In command of attending snag lists and submit for inspection to consultants for close
out/de-snags. Handled
