on finance, build, operate and transfer basis pipeline projects in India and North Africa.
Planning I/C (from 1999 to 2003)
• Planning in charge for construction of 291 km. Cochn-Karur-Irugur pipe line with main Terminal and 2 booster pumping
stations, 15 unmanned & 2 manual valve stations for Petronet CCK Ltd (Kerala). And was Responsible for IPCL- Dahej
(Gujarat) Gas cracker unit & steam pipeline, billing &reconciliation & estimation for job site tenders.
• Prepare cost estimate & schedules based on local labour rates for bench marking contract cost. Lead or assist team in
selection & finalize field contracts. Estimates for site modifications, post award of principal contract.
• Responsible for restoration of 12x24” sinking U/G manifold, 11 kV switch yard civil works, structures and breakers, piling,
construction of office and control room buildings, rectification of pump foundations & construction of valve stations.
• Projects: IPCL Dahej - Gas Cracker Unit, Ethane/Methane recovery Unit, Offset piping & IBR piping for combined cycle
power plant of 2x65 mw, Installation of Mitsubishi 19 mw turbine, Repair of burnt columns etc. And Gandhar Terminal
Piping. Petronet CCK Ltd-Main Terminals, Booster Terminals, Multi Product pipeline of 271 km 24”/18”.
Achievements
• Organized public hearing for (Dahej -Gandhar-Baroda BOOT pipeline project), PCB clearance & obtained clearance.
• Exceeded monthly revenue and achieved highest turnover in PCCK project worth INR 500 cr.
• Successful in closing all field contracts and obtain NOC & completion certificates for INR 150 cr.
