I have 6 members of staff to manage and coach on a daily basis, in areas including the showroom, tailor services and the stock room, and I assist them in the sales process with customers. I also deal with clients every day, ensuring they receive maximum customer satisfaction. This sometimes involves solving difficult situations, including complaints, refund requests and alteration enquiries. I am in charge of managing the cash-flow and daily stock delivery.
My duties consisted of customer service, including giving sales advice to clients on product lines and promotions, as well as providing after sales services, such as alterations and making follow-up telephone calls to regular clients with special offers. While holding this position, I improved my communication skills when dealing with customers, and I became an expert at presenting goods and making sales, and as a result I contributed to the achievement and exceeding of company sales targets.
Following graduation from university, I completed one year in the Russian Army, serving in a specialised intelligence/engineering regiment. During my service, I further developed my skills of team working and initiative, while fully meeting the standards expected of me in terms of time management, punctuality, discipline and physical fitness. As part of my service, I completed five parachute jumps and attended a lecture course of international humanitarian law. I got on well with both my officers and other enlisted men, as reflected in the strong character reference I received upon my discharge.
I worked in this busy chain of mobile solutions retail shops as a sales consultant. My main responsibilities were communicating with visiting members of the public, helping customers choose the best mobile telephones, connection arrangements and bill payment options for them. I had a successful sales record of different kinds of products and also gained experience of managing cash flow, reporting on daily sales, merchandising, store management and distribution of products to retail outlets.
I coordinated sport activities for individual and corporate clients, including tennis, mini-golf, table tennis, badminton, billiards/pool and roller skating. My duties were based around welcoming and communicating with members of the public. It was my job to help customers to get the most out of their leisure time, by providing instruction and demonstrating the activities. I was also in charge of daily sales reporting of cash flow, store management and merchandising of the goods on display to the public.
I graduated with an M.A. in Public and Municipal Administration with Honours As part of my degree I took modular courses in Human Resources Management, Law, History and Philosophy
