product portfolio.
• Drove yield improvement, wastage reduction and cost-per-unit optimisation initiatives,
building the operational grounding that now informs finance-led decisions on capex,
procurement and plant MIS.
• Managed vendor and supplier relationships for raw materials, packaging and consumables,
negotiating rates and payment terms to protect margins.

Three-year practical training under ICAI regulations
• Executed statutory audits, tax audits and internal audits of companies, firms and
proprietorships across manufacturing and trading sectors, including preparation of audit
working papers and finalisation of financial statements. Handled direct and indirect tax
compliance including income tax computations and return filings, TDS compliance, and VAT
and service tax returns for a diverse client portfolio. Assisted in bank audits and
ROC/company law compliance matters, including preparation of statutory registers, annual
filings and board documentation.
