Drive Test Responsibilities:
• Analyzing network related problems (Call drop, Handover failure, Call set up failure, Data Throughput etc.) And recommending relevant solutions.
• Analysis and Optimization of network.
• Customer Complaints.
• Cluster Drive, SCFT, City tunning etc.
• Done Pre & Post Drive Testing using TEMS/NEMO/AZENQOS TOOLS.
• Post processing of files (Drive Test Data) using TEMS/NEMO.
• Drive test route planning.
• Able to do SCFT’s, Clusters, City Tuning.
•Handling optimization of new sites and handles problems like Call drop, interference, handover failure, handover reversion, in building problem, antenna tilting, competitive Drive Test.
GSM RF RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Good understanding of GSM/GPRS basics and different nodes and interfaces.
• Experience on Coverage and Capacity site planning based on various inputs.
• Maintaining Network KPI’s (SD/TCH Assignment and completion, DLQ, HOSR, TCH Drop) by analyzing Daily Statistics & KPI Reports.
• Parameter Optimization of NOKIA and Ericsson Systems.
• Physical Optimization by reorientation, Antenna down tilt & Antenna height reduction/increase.
• Analysis of Drive plots for single sites and clusters for better network conditions.
• Planning based on GIS for Rural Network coverage
• Part of Network team, Analyzing Logs file, Optimization of RF GSM network and tuning with TEMS 8.0.1.
• Analysis of Drive Test Files for taking care of external and internal interference in the Network involving Rx Quality and Rx level Etc.
• Interference detection & rectification, Hand over, Sector Swapping & frequency scanning
• Meet to customer to make a proper schedule to perform work efficiently.
• Analysis of Drive Test files for taking care of External and Internal Interference in the Network, which involves analysis of Rx quality, Rx Level etc, re-planning of RF parameters in problematic areas accordingly.
• Network-Optimization by drive tests, antenna tilts, antenna orientation changes and tuning the Cell-RF Parameters.
• Interface with Customers- Handling all customer related issues.
3G RF RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To check parameters RSCP, Ec/No, HSDPA/HSUPA Throughput, Tx Power etc.
• Optimize to improve Ec/No (Reduce Pilot Pollution) by improving RSCP of dominant cells and reducing coverage (Interference) of less dominant sectors through antenna.
• Analysis of Drive Test Files for taking care of external and internal interference in the Network involving Rx Quality and Rx level Etc.
• Interference detection & rectification, Hand over, Sector Swapping & frequency
• To do optimization and if not getting suitable parameters then find suitable solution for that parameters.
• Make Report With TEMS/NEMO tools.
• Now till working on NEMO kit on KPI project (cluster AT)
