R.V.Pazhani who is now working as Professor and Head/MBA Department at Mankula Vinayagar Institute of Technology at Pondicherry and was worked as faculty in Accounting & Finance in the Department of Business Studies in Higher College of Technology - Muscat, Sultanate of Oman From 28.8.2008 to 31.8.2009
R.V.Pazhani was worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Adhiparasakthi Engineering College, Melmaruvathur, Tamil Nadu since 1995 to 2008
R.V.Pazhani has obtained first class B.Com., M.Com., ( Rank Holder), B.Ed., and M.Ed., Degrees from the Annamalai University.
He later worked as Associated Lecturer in Periyar Centenary Girls’ Polytechnic, at Vallam, Thanjavur from 1982 to 1994. During the period he has won “Veekeyen’ Best Teacher Award “ in the year of 1993.
In 1989 he obtained M.B.A., Degree from Regional Engineering College, Trichirapalli, then 1992 he secured M.Phil., Degree from the Bharathidasan University.
He was awarded Ph.D., Programme ( Part-Time External ) in Accounting & Finance at Pondicherry University, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. K.MOHAN, Professor in School Of Management, Pondicherry University, his thesis titled as “Activity Based Costing for Automobile Industry Impact and Implications. a study with special refence to M/s Ashok Leyland Ltd.” .
At present R.V.Pazhani has devoted 25 years, for the cause of teaching in Commerce and Management subjects.
He has guided over 200 students dissertations at M.B.A., and 30 for M.Phil., levels. He has organised several Curriculam Development Workshops resulting in EDP, Teaching / Learning materials.
He is a life member of ISTE (LM No 11794) and CSI.
He has delivered management subjects lecturers at the invitation of several institutions and SISI Programmes.
Apart from he has publishing six text books for Management and Engineering students, and nearly thirty research papers presented in various conferences.
He is the freelance writer in a tamil leading business magazine (Valar thozhil). He has wrote about hundred articles in this magazines.
He has usually given speech in All India Radio, especially in the area of management subjects.
