* Supervise the preparation of the control system layout and sequence of operation, equipment schedules.
* Reviewing suppliers’ documents and liaise with suppliers for technical inputs and inquiries, qualifies and approve suppliers.
* Progress monitoring and early problem prevention through analyzing situations and problems accurately, identify and weigh the probable effects of alternative solutions and implement effective courses of action.
* Prepare periodic reports with respect to the division's/ department's activities and achievements to be submitted to the Section Manager.
* Follows-up on employee administrative affairs such as: vacations, leaves …etc.
* Participate in conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommend necessary actions as per the applied practices.

Main task
* Management business relationship with customers and suppliers.
* Public Relations and Marketing Strategies
* Educate potential clients about the energy wastages in HVAC chilled water side of typical Commercial / Res building through technical presentations & discussions.
* Identify and develop potential clients for HVAC/Service products through market research & door to door activity.
*Involve, interact and liase with Operations & Purchase departments on a daily basis for job planning, parts procurement, job execution & to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Generate quotations and sell maintenance contracts as well as one time repair / retrofit / replacement jobs of all Chillers machines (Carrier, York, Trane, McQuay, etc)
* In case of replacement projects, introduce the appropriate manufacturer’s equipment after comparison, which meets client’s technical requirement, budget and site conditions.
* Review and update all maintenance contracts on an timely basis and ensure continuous and systematic personal contact with all customers
* Execution of the correctives and start up jobs of chilled water units. Evaluate and quoting of corrective jobs.
* Basic and detailed engineering, construction, installation, start-up, equipment selection and materials supply for a Chilled water central Air Conditioning Plant for several clients.
*Hydraulic calculations and selection of End Suction Pumps and Vertical in-line Single or Dual Pumps for systems of chilled water.
* Building Heat Load.(Hourly Analysis Program HAP - CARRIER).
* Using (HVACpartner-CARRIER) portal to select suitable standard units and Pre-Design custom products (Chillers, Packages and Split Units) that meet project specifications.
* Involved in cooling coils design

* Arrange reservation and shipping spare parts with store, account and backing departments
* Sell air conditioning systems include air cooled chillers, air water cooled self-contained package units, air cooled condensing units, air handling units, concealed & exposed decorative split units and home made fan coil units.
* Build and manage long-term customer relationships/partnerships and responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
* Responsible for doing market research for the new product and for the requirement of the clients.
* Negotiate tender, contract terms and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
* Responsible for creating and implementing new and effective sales strategies in order to hit additional potentials, as well as to grow new and expand existing business widely.
* Preparing offers and tenders by gathering all required technical data.
* International representation of the company in several HVAC exhibitions and congress World wide.
The government gave me a scholarship based on my low incomes at that time. I was Teacher Assistant at thermodynamic I & II subject in the Department of Energy for 2 years. Dissertation title: "Design and calculation of psychrometric test bench to be used at the Thermodynamics Lab. for educational purposes"
