Responsible for coordination of engineering and procurement with all direct construction activities, subcontractors and supervision personnel, oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, for the success of the construction phase from the viewpoint of quality and safety performance and conformity to drawings and specifications.

TAN Burrup Project - Technical Ammonium Nitrate TAN Project on the Burrup Peninsula, in the state of Western Australia, Australia for YARA.
Period: October 2013 - October 2014 (13 months)
Project Value: USD 500 million.
Location: Batam (Indonesia).
Job Scope: Construction Manager for a manpower of 1.500 workers, main subcontractor NSB - Nippon Steel Batam.
Total amount of 10 shipments (around 13.000 tons), including LOLO and RORO, for a total of 60 process modules (up to 900 tons per module for Dryer units and Prill tower modules) and 90 LIPs (160 containers), totally completed till Mechanical Completion (steel structure, equipment, piping, electrical and instrumentation).
