Responsibilities: - Set up machine to be operational for production. As well as preparing materials such as aluminium alloys etc.
- Ensure machine is on proper condition every time, by doing regular check up and maintenance.
- Review order list and generate schedule of production, to make sure delivery date are being met.Had received commendation from the management that have surpassed the all time high output.
- Generate daily production report
- Check quality of extruded aluminium profiles such as dimension, surface quality and mechanical properties prior sending to next station.
- Monitor direct material stock level.
- Provide sample for customer reference.
