As Senior HR Consultant the position is responsible to provide technical consultancy and expert work on OD area (Strategic Planning, Organization, Manpower planning and JE/JD using Hay Methodology for the Organization with Emphasis in C suit position and Management Position as well the new Polymer Marketing Company and LPC project. The tasks in this project included but were not limited to:
 Definition and implementation, together with the General Manager of Polymer Marketing, the Human Resources strategy annual Plan 2017 and HR international policies for 6 market regions (China, Asia/SE. India/SC/ ME. Europe, Rest of the world) in accordance with Orpic’s and Polymer Marketing and international best practices in Global Mobility, Global Total Compensation & Benefits and Global Development plans. supportive HR expert for the HR colleagues provided support to the different regions, spreading Company's strategy and values ensuring following in the international markets in order to adapt HR Strategies to their business. (Attraction, development, administration and retention of staff).
 Ensure, share and implement the Company's Talent Management strategies (hiring, recruitment processes & training) and Employee Relations strategies among the 6 regions.
 Determination and implementation HR policies (Total compensation and benefits) in order to guarantee their adaptation and application in the company and regions (fixed remuneration, variable and fringe benefits).
 Career planning/development programs, training, succession plans, for Orpic’s Managers and Polymer Marketing structure by detection of potential, etc.

The achievement at the HR includes the alignement of human resources for the migration to the new joint venture. This includes job analisis and a croos of multivaribles system (120 variables) to select the best performers.

17.000 employees in 26 cost centers, 9 Regions from 3 Generation Plants. Ensure the Implementation of all Human Resources subsystems.
