Handling all type of mobile equipment (Tower lights, Air compressor, Welding machine and etc..)
Inspect and hired the camps & villas as per Client’s (QSGTL & RG) standard.
Frequently visit and inspect the camp

Placing and maintain the Temporary office blocks, Ablution blocks, mess hall and other blocks.
Maintain all type of records (i.e. pest control, water tank cleaning, fire ext. inspection & etc..)

Control & Managing the Ras Laffan & Plant access cards.
Instruct to supervisors to proper scheduling vehicle & Drivers to site and other locations as per daily requirement.
In charge of day to day transport operation.
Handling 200+ trucks, trailers, tankers and heavy equipment.
Handling various type of cranes and operators.
Invoicing to client for Vehicles and drivers.
Involve the yearly internal & ISO auditing.
Recheck the drivers and vehicles time sheets & efficiently managing a team of drivers and vehicles.
Preparing JMP (Journey Management Plan).
Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles.
Hiring vehicle from outside market as per client’s standard.
Conducting daily tool box talk to drivers.
Incase accident or other incident being the first person to involve and solve the issues.
Making sure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
Monitoring drivers/ vehicles movements thru IVMS (In Vehicle Monitoring System).
Issue weekly, Monthly Inspection report and IVMS report to HSSE.
Planning the time schedule as well as the work assignments for each available transport unit and observing its effective implementation.
Prepare and update monthly transports schedule to assure deliveries to required locations.
Maintaining coordination between transportation work schedules and other departmental activities and making necessary changes in the schedule accordingly.
Handling conflicts occurring due to unwanted events such as accident, misuse of resources/privileges and so on.
Monitoring drivers/ vehicles movements thru IVMS (In Vehicle Monitoring System).
Coordinate with police and other local authorities in case of penalties/ accidents.
Monitoring all types of accounting records related to the transportation activities
Scheduling /monitoring driver’s rotation leave.
Handling time sheets of drivers /transport staff.
Monitoring the safety of the drivers and staff, reporting any discrepancies found to the management
Involve in internal investigations and prepare reports for accidents/ property damage.
Evaluate and formulate training requirements of department and took part on-the-job training and new hire training
Checking the daily fuel expense records and assuring prompt action against unusual records.
Monitoring the staff regarding their work
Liaise with the Manager regarding the arrangement of extra transport required by staff
On-call attendance and arrange transport accordingly
Report to the manager everyday regarding the schedule
Airport arrival / departure control.
Vehicle Inspection summary control.
Controlling Doha / Site vehicle Operations.
Issue weekly Transport report to HSSE.
Conducting frequent meeting with drivers.
Preparation & Maintaining of vehicle Registration & Insurance.
Shall be responsible for pre-planning, scheduling and authorizing standard routes and non Standard routes for all journeys
Shall review weather conditions for journey and confirm journey can be made safely. Inform drivers of weather conditions.
I am the person to handling all of our heavy vehicles & Equipments. Supply fleets as per our production dept. requirement.
We have handling 250 plus trucks, various type of equipments. I have excellent experience in Transporting and shipping field.
