• Prepare a Overall project Master schedule (Level1, 2, 3, 4) using by Primavera P6.
• Prepare Project schedule WBS’s using by Primavera P6.
• Plan and provide work direction as required in the preparation of planning and Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities.
• Discuss, coordinate and resolve long term and short term planning and scheduling problems with personnel.
• Preparation of weightages for each activities in Project schedule.(Engg, Procurement, Construction)
• Regularly monitoring critical path and preparing schedule impact reports for the project management.
• Preparation & submission of daily, weekly, monthly reports to clients.
• Preparation of forecast schedule for weekly, monthly basis.
• Preparation of Manpower & Equipment histogram.
• Preparation of ‘’S’’ curve & cash flow chart.
• Preparation & submission invoice to client.
• Preparing Of Mobilization Plan & Organization Chart.
• Estimating man hours the overall project.
• Preparation of weight age distribution chart & ‘S’ curves for various divisions. Engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning by resource loading.
• Preparation and submission of weekly Management Project & procurement status report.
• Preparing the cash flow plan for monthly basis.
• Preparing Invoices for pro data based for overall actual progress.
• Properly monitoring progress statics as per planned schedule.
• Preparing Crash Plan for adjustment orders, extension durations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assists the Plant Superintendent in planning and establishing maintenance and inspection
o procedures.
• Supervises the work of assigned employees and participates in the operation, maintenance
o and repair of the South Campus heating and auxiliary equipment including hot water heat
• exchanges, auxiliary electric boilers, air compressors, motors, circulating pumps, expansion tanks,
• and hot water heating tanks.
• Advises subordinates on operational and maintenance problems and solutions to these
• problems.
• Maintains or is responsible for ensuring that log books, maintenance records, inspection
o certificates are maintained for heating equipment.
• Inspects work performed by outside contractors to ensure acceptability of completed work.
• Liaises with stores section to ensure availability and delivery of required spare parts, tools, materials and equipment.
• Participates in official performance evaluation of assigned employees.
• Ensure observance of safety rules, regulations and practices Performs related work as required.
