Responsibilities and Achievements:
According to the project schedule, make practical and effective construction plans, organize and arrange on-site construction, comprehensively organize and manage the labor, materials, machinery and equipment required by construction, as well as professional subcontracting, labor subcontracting and main material suppliers, negotiate professional subcontracting, formulate construction plans, and rationally arrange resource allocation. And cooperate with the technical department, contract department, stakeholder department and other relevant departments to promote the comprehensive and orderly on-site construction. Resource optimization allocation, project process cost accounting and control.
Participate in regular schedule meetings of clients and supervisors, and timely communicate and negotiate with clients and supervisors on key node issues based on project benefits and progress of the company.
