NCU is a top-five national comprehensive university in Taiwan. I was managing a long-term project to gain accreditation from AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business for the School of Management). I was responsible for:

managing the accreditation process which includes creating, executing and adjusting an accreditation plan as necessary.
preparing/writing all reports and documents required for AACSB accreditation and compiling data from all faculty members of the School of Management.
planning workshops, meetings and information sessions relevant to the accreditation process.

The company is an advanced analytic firm providing data-driven marketing solutions and consulting services delivered through Portfolio Marketing, Custom Analytic, Fraud Risk Analysis and Al Research. I was responsible for:

overseeing the day-to-day operational process of current projects (banking industry).
approving reports prepared by the development team and answering the clients’ questions.
making necessary amendments based on clients’ requests and feedback.
identifying required resources and assigning responsibilities to team members.

Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG) is one of the world’s largest brand communications and consumer contact organizations. I interned in the Out-of-Home department. I was responsible for:

inputting and maintaining inventory.
compiling marketing maps and Out-of-Home market lists.
incorporating the top 50 Designated Market Area (DMA) research and Out-of-Home market information into a client-ready presentation.
