I was a consistent honor pupil / student during my elementary and secondary education. During my undergraduate study, I enjoyed a special scholarship known as Teachers Educational Assistance in Mindanao, funded by EDPITAF-Educational Development Program Implementing task Force and garnered excellent grades in mathematics, economics, history, sociology and other social sciences subjects, which means my specialization is Social Sciences and Minor in Mathematics. After graduation, I immediately landed a job in the public educational institution and stay there for 27 years, holding several assignments and positions. While engaging in the public institution, I taught in the private educational institution as part time instructor, professor and acted also as Dean of the College of Education. While working, I continued my studies in the graduate level, where at the start I enrolled in the Masters of Public Administration, but later I shifted to Master of Arts in Educational Management in 1984 to 1991, I also enjoyed a scholarship from the special program of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports in the implementation of the Secondary Education Development Program, named: "Local Fellowship Training Program for Values Education Supervisors" at Philippine Normal College (now a university in Manila). In 1994, I enrolled in my Doctor of Education course at NDU and depended my dissertation, entitled: "The Congruence of Principals and Teachers Priorities and Its Relationship To School Performance". Other than these, I attended special training conducted by the Asian Institute of Management (2 trainings). I also attended several trainings, conferences and dialogues as member of the academe and development worker. More than a decade's long I joined and worked in the Non-Government Organizations as among the officers of organizations and networks.
