Job Responsibilities:
 Reviewing Instrument engineering design (Instrument Index, I/O List and cable termination)
 Reviewing P&ID, plant layout, Hook-Up drawing, cable schedule and logic diagram.
 Supervision of construction work of EPC contractors
 Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start up for Line 5 Projects (Spinning, Viscose and
Spinbath) Plant for Field Instrument, Analytical, Siemens PLC & Yokogawa Centum VP DCS
System.
 Implemented Field Bus for Field Instrument
 Review Interfacing design ASI Bus for Electrical (MCC) of VFD (Variable Frequency Drive)
 Performing coordination and collaboration work with another discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
 Preparing engineering document, specification, cabling, control panel analysis.
 Preparing budgeting of material electrical for bidding, including estimated of manpower and
supervision of installation electrical and instrument equipment.
 Perform procurement and construction of the material electrical and instrumentation.
 Prepare document for TAG list, I/O list, cable list, junction box list specifications data sheet,
parameter setting data sheet, narrative program, interlock list, to support process engineering.
 Perform commissioning by using Omron CJ1M PLC’s, for loop check, loop test / simulation report
and measuring process notes also trouble shooting.
 Perform communication between vendors, partners, and end users.
 Coordination with other discipline engineers and to ensure other discipline comment to be
incorporated with instrument & electrical design.

Job Responsibilities:  Preventive Maintenance UPS (Uninterruptible Power System)  Testing of Inverter, Rectifier and UPS before sending to customer.  Commissioning Inverter, Rectifier and UPS to site.  Service and troubleshooting UPS.
