• To provide Procurement Services to the client organization of EMQI in Qatar in accordance with the Procurement Sourcing Handbook, applicable laws and company policies.
• Execute Procurement process to ensure that third party goods and/or services are delivered to Clients according to their specification and within the requested lead time and delivery location whilst achieving competitive prices
Job overview:
• To maintain a high standard of the Technical Library
• Admin and Marketing Officer reporting directly to the Managing Director. The company deals with Shelving and Racking, Office Interiors, Forklift trucks, Power generators and Industrial doors. Have gained a vast knowledge about the suppliers and products related to the construction and design industry
• Handling Corporate Agreements with Commercial houses and setting up agreements for deals on a credit basis.
• Reservations & ticketing for the commercial houses.
• Preparing Comparison sheets of airfares between the major airlines to various destinations.
• Co-coordinating promotional events organized by major airlines represented by Darwish Travel Bureau.
• Handling the reservations of the network of the airline confirming seats and conducting pre-flight checks. Closing of the flights after the flight has departed. Maintaining records of the passenger loads on the outbound flights. Checking duplicate passenger records on a flight. Working extra hours as and when to complete an assignment. Assisting the airline network offices with confirmations / cancellation of bookings.
