•Upgrading Chassis firmware and Coordinating with Vendors for any hardware/Firmware related issues on Chassis and blades.
•Providing Remote VMware, Hyper-V and Wintel infrastructure Support for Nestle worldwide.
•Managing around 25000 servers located in multiple sites based on the severity of the issue.
•Created Solution documents for internal purpose.
•Analyzing the root cause for critical problems and providing the appropriate solution to avoid the reoccurrence of the problem.
•Patching the servers located in remote sites using Oasis tool.
•Working knowledge in HPSA and SCCM ( Patching)
