• Supervise/Execute day to day instrument cable trench preparation, sand bedding, Cable route details, cable schedule, instrument duct bank, sleeper crossing also guide and monitor to subcontractor for cable pulling.
• Checking cable trench layout with civil underground drawing work with civil team for trench and duct banking.
• Review contract requirements for project execution, organize the preparation of the Technical Document Register (TDR), identify requirements and scope of work; review specifications Process Data Sheets (PDS), Piping Material Specifications (PMS), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s), Plot plans, General Arrangement (GA) drawings
• Preparation and plan for cable pulling UG and AG end to end.
• Preparation of JMS JHA as Client standard for all type of instrument works.
• Vendor expediting regarding instruments and documentation work as MDR and VDR.
• Monitor/supervise the contracts and the contracts personnel during installation & commissioning process
• Ensure good housekeeping practices and safe working atmosphere with proper work permit system follow up.
• Suggest and implement any modification or up gradation of the instrumentation system.
• Completion of all maintenance records and their upkeep in order to generate report.
• Working and trouble shooting, calibration, range setting, Alarm setting Knowledge of All type of instruments like PIT, FIT, TIT, PDIT, PT, FT, TT, RTD, TC, GDF, GDT, sounder, Beacon etc. for Fire and gas system.
• Marshaling Cabinet to System Cabinet connection with FOC cable like LC-LC, LC-SC, MTRJ-MTRJ, MTRJ-LC, SC-MTRJ, CAT 5, CAT 6 cable connection and TYPE 1, TYPE4 cable connection for DCS, FGS, FOCS etc. panel
Review of P & ID, layout diagram, Instrument connection diagram, Location diagram logic and instrumentation diagram and panel connection diagram marshaling and system Panel . Calibration of Different Type of Transmitters . Trouble shooting from Console to marshaling panel, marshaling panel to junction box, junction box to Transmitter . Loop checking . Working Knowledge of FG Compressor of G & E Vendor, Turbine G & E Vendor, instrument air compressor and drier, Due point depression Unit (DPDU), Pig launcher, and receiver . Planning of Work progress. Movement of men power. Knowledge of IRP panel, marshaling panel, DCS panel, EDS panel and FGS panel.

Loop checking and trouble shooting of analog and digital loop connected to PLCand DCS.Loop checking from field device to central control room.Calibration of all types of Transmitters like Pressure, Trasmitters, Flow Transmitter, Level &Temperature Transmitter.Calibration loop checking continuity check, Pre- Commissioning & Commissioning, troubleshooting, loop checking, Instrument & Control Valve.
Maintenance of Transmitter & ParametersCalibration of Instrument, like RTD, thirmocouple, PTI, PDTI PI TI.Range cheking of Instrument with the help of HEART communicator. Operation of heart, masibus digi gauge multimeter etc.
