Reporting to : Head of Customer Implementations
Job Responsibilities
• Attending Client meetings on Project Kick off, understand overall scope &
expectations
• Liaise with the client team to understand the project scope requirements
• Prepare Project Scope Document (Project Charter)
• Finalize Scope of Project
• Prepare Cost Models / Track Budgets to ensure Costs are not exceeded
• Liaise with relevant sponsors for Cost model approval
• Prepare Project Plan & get approval from relevant stake holders
• Manage the overall Project deliverables with the customer
• Conduct periodical meetings with Stake holders & Steering committee
• Work closely with all relevant work streams such as IT, Operations, Process,
HR etc.,
• Implement on-site & monitor post implementation
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time within the specified budget
Reporting to : IT Program Manager
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct Client meetings on Project Kick off from IT perspective, understand
overall IT scope & expectations
• Liaise with the client team to understand the IT project scope requirements
• Prepare IT Project Scope Document (Project Charter)
• Finalize Scope of Project with consent of all stake holders
• Prepare IT Cost Models / Track Budgets to ensure Costs are not exceeded
• Liaise with relevant sponsors for IT Cost model approval
• Prepare IT Deliverables Project Plan & get approval from relevant stake holders
• Manage the IT Project deliverables with the customer
• Conduct periodical meetings with Stake holders & Steering committee
• Work closely with all relevant work streams such as Operations, Process, HR
etc. in order to rollout the IT solutions smoothly
• Implement on-site & monitor post implementation
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time within the specified budget
Reporting to : IT Customer Solutions Manager
• Managing Implementation and Customer Support model team
• Meet customers and study the requirements as per the business and
integration to be done.
• Discuss and fix the process and strategies required for the new customers from
system point of view.
• Implementation of New customers either self or by assigning to the team
members
• Responsible for create documents such as new requirements, design
specifications and test cases
• Communicate and coordinate all activities with the design team in the
collective development of the WMS system. Adequately test the designed systems
before approving and implementing the same at the warehouse
• Execute test plans and test all deliverables received from the development team
• Design and implement systems (customer specific upgrades) based on the
customer’s business requirements and implement the customer profile in the
WMS system effectively
• Installation & Implementation of New customers in Corporate DHL - WMS
product (Prologs)
• Assigning Strategies for Putaway and Picking in the WMS system as agreed
with the Process Dept
• Involved in Warehouse Location Matrix designing
• Conducted Stock-Takes for various customers
• Involved in Stock Reconciliation after stock-take
• Rollout Projects within the specified deadlines
• Assess the requirement for specific reports as required by the customer and
warehouse and design these reports to meet their needs.
• Involved with the process team to define the suitable strategies
• Involved in preparing BRS, Cost Model & SSD
Major Projects Handled: PHILIPS, Hewlett Packard, Lenovo, Cummins, LG (3PL,
4PL), Huawei, Clarins Group (Azzaro, Clarins, TMG), Cartier Group, Baxter,
Emirates Airlines, ACE Hardware, Seagate, Nokia Siemens Networks,
Schlumberger, Baxter A.G Pharma Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma, Seagate,
Panasonic, Al Shaya, HILTI, NSN, BELKIN, DENSO Toyota
Reporting to : Branch Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Providing first level support to customers both overseas and in town.
• Provide extensive training to clients on the solution developed.
• Communicate and coordinate all activities with the design team in the collective
development of the ERP system. Adequately test the designed systems before
approving and implementing the same at the client sites.
• Perform Unit tests and test all deliverables from the development team.
• Installation & Configuration of Network in Windows NT 4.0, Windows for
Workgroup & Windows 95, 98.
• Responsible for PC Troubleshooting, including installation of OS and
maintenance of the network (Routers & Switches).
• Managing the UNIX, NT, 2003 servers & their corresponding databases.
• Installing Microsoft Outlook and configure for Intranet Mail Access as client
Win95, Win 98, Win NT.
• Responsible for the down time of the server.
• Supporting network of over 100 client computers.
• Assembling and configuring PC’s.

Job Responsibilities
• Installation and Implementation of various applications in the client site
• Test the developed applications completely as per ISO specifications
• Creating Reports for various Departments
• Supervision of data entry done by the team in the ERP financial package
• Communicate and coordinate all activities with the design team in the collective
development of all the applications.
• Perform Unit tests of the various applications
• Provide training to the customer extensively on all modules.
• Responsible for Day- To - Day Trouble shooting of computer workstation, printer
& Backup of Server.
