Senior team member responsible for the overall development and implementation of Major Large scale Projects.
1- ( Burj Al- NAHAR MALL ) owned by M/s (Juma Al Majid Group) and designed by M/s DAR Consult, under M/s Darwish Engineering Emirates (Mega Contractor) based in the UAE-Dubai.
The concerned project is a Commercial-Residential (3B.+G+2M+4R) combined group of buildings on area of 15, 000 m2, located in Dubai.
2- (Sahara Centre Expansion) owned by (Bu-khater Group) and designed by M/s Dewan. In our construction site based offices, I hold the responsibility of the following:

1- Review project specifications, contract drawings in terms of different aspects between Architectural, Structural & MEP drawings, and superimposing for relevant technical conflicts & discrepancies, Builders Works slab openings & sleeves locations.
2- Securing proper technical details information for site running works activities through official channels (RFIs, CVIs, Letter/e-mail correspondences..etc).
3- Prepare correspondence and documents related to assigned project and archiving in line with closet procedure.
4- Coordinate between consultant & (sub-consultants), external agencies, contractors and authorities for assigned project.
5- Supervise office staff for administrative works that include processing, reviewing of progress for sub-contractors, monitoring shop drawings, submissions, and liaising between different scopes, and related sequence of running activities on site.
6- Managing a drafting team for relevant production of Architectural & Structural workshop drawings, assigning tasks, arranging Logs submissions time table.
7- Administer sub-contractor’s works and ensure compliance with submitted contract documents.
8- Analyze and recommend changes to contracts and prepare necessary amendments in contract document.
9- Provide assistance to project manager and supervise office engineering construction.

Responsibilities:
Reviewing and transmitting latest Contract Drawings to contractors in accordance with project procedures (direct interface with Design team).
 Monitoring all RFIs from Contractors/Clients.
 Working closely with other construction professionals such as quantity surveyors, structural engineers, building services engineers and contractors.
 Project managing for the client where required, to ensure the project is constructed and finished to suit the proposals and to keep control of design technical issues which may arise on site.
 Coordinating with contractors and ensure effective & timely completion of fit-out works.
 Managing all new installations and AMC renewal for CCTV / Alarm system/Music system and all othere MEP services included in the project.

I worked in this experience as technical support Engineer with Pioneer International Projects Management, which is considered house of expertise of managing major construction projects. Such experience introduced me to high repetitions Contractors, consultants and clients which we offered them our services.

The services includes different scopes starting from Project planning, Cost control, Variations claims (EOT, disruption, , etc), Projects contracts administration & quantity surveying.


My responsibilities were as following:

1- Conducted meetings and presentations with Clients ( contractors, consultants or employers).

2- provided comprehensive view about the construction project management services.

3- Arranged proposals and estimations for provided services.

4- Followed up negotiations process for deal closure.

 Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
 Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
 Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
 Co-ordinated monitored and followed up on the project schedule and quality of the work in sites.
 Coordinated shop drawings, provided technical office support

 Supporting, understanding and advising the client as to the requirements and his/her obligations in the development of a building design.
 Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards and codes of practice, where appropriate.
 Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
 Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage
 Follow up site activities and construction progress
