Oversaw all activities associated with the traffic department, including traffic impact studies, traffic signal design, temporary traffic management/temporary diversion plan design, private road design projects as well as traffic modelling for project specific needs enabling clients to meet short-term and strategic project goals. Adopted an effective approach to review and modernise working procedures the traffic department within the organisation.
Selected Contributions:
•Successfully oversaw multiple traffic impact studies such as the state of the art medical complex, Sidra Medical Research Facility in Education City, Doha.
•Effectively managed the completion of temporary traffic management plans for Lusail Expressway and the Al Shamal Road.
•Cultivated solid and collaborative relationship clients and public works authorities to understand and meet their requirements.
Conducted traffic impact studies on time and within given deadlines for clients across the country. Generated and tested traffic models for temporary traffic management models based on client requirements. Completed road safety audits by identifying safety problems and corresponding risk severities for schemes, both public and private.

•As a part of the traffic team, contributed to traffic impact studies, temporary traffic management plans and traffic signal designs throughout the state of Qatar.
•Prepared and issued tenders for traffic engineering proposals on a regular basis.
Planned, updated, and supervised daily assignment of activities to ensure smooth execution of all precast concrete beam and column manufacturing operations in accordance with quality standards. Controlled and rationalised operations utilising method statements and quality control assessments for manufacturing. Convened health and safety meetings with senior management and other parties related to staff performance and work practices.

•Exhibited engineering, management, and multitasking abilities to steer highly qualified team and resolved critical issues regarding manufacturing in relation to precast construction for hospital and 12-15 floor residential projects.

•Strengthened working professional rapport with main contractors to determine and address any matters.
