Overall responsibility for the management of an extensive Project Engineering Team on the ‘Diyar Al Muharraq Design & Build Development’ for Diyar Al Muharraq. Contract Administration (FIDIC Red Book) for the entire Project (7 No. Assets/Projects comprising of 3000+ Villas inclusive of all Secondary Infrastructure works).
Pre-Contract Design Reviews, Management of the Land Reclamation, All Construction Technical Reviews (Shop Drawing Submissions, Material Approvals, Undertaking of all Technical Notes & PC Rate

Material Reviews, Sub-Contractor & Vendor Approvals), Value Engineering of Design (Implementation of an Effective Change Management System), All Programming & Planning, Risk Management, Commercial & Cost Management, Management of Contractor / Client Procurement including International Shipments, Implementation of Quality Control & Assurance Procedures - Project ITP (Digital & Hard), Management of Health, Safety & Environmental, Coordination between S.I & P.I Networks, Defect Notification Period (Standard & Extended), Taking Over the Works, Client Handing-Over, Authority Interface, Approvals & Formal Adoption (Including 3rd Party Audits), Final Accounts & Performance Certificates.
