• Developing new business opportunities via positive referrals from existing customers and swiftly resolving pending cases by liaising with colleagues and operations departments
• Collaborating with the Compliance Department to procure approval in accordance with all relevant legislation and strictly adhering to all KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines
• Creating detailed MIS reports and presenting senior management with recommendations on how to improve business performance
• Training and motivating junior staff, appraising their performance in a constructive and beneficial manner as well as providing authentic leadership to accelerate their professional development
