Taking responsibility of: - Predictive and Preventive plans and fault troubleshooting for the whole facility, including backup diesel generators, HVAC systems, central air compressor system, plumbing network, firefighting network and power distribution circuit (Low-Medium Voltage). - Predictive and Preventive maintenance plan and fault troubleshooting for production lines, including electrical control circuits and mechanical equipment. - Improving of equipment efficiency and performance using various methods: 8D, Pareto, Fish bone and 5Why analysis analyses. - Following up with contracts providers and suppliers for equipment that need maintenance plans to be executed by external provider.
Maintain the required spare parts stock for the whole site. - Design and commission of automatic control circuits for various site utilities. - Design of an alternative PLC program, including hardware selection and design.

Working at Better Mix for mixed concrete production, a sub-company of BetterHome for Real Estate Investment, as Deputy Manager & Operation and Maintenance Section Head of a mobile mixed concrete plant, temporarily located in 6th of October city. Taking responsibility of: - Design and commission of automatic control circuits for various site utilities. - Design of an alternative PLC program, including hardware selection and design, for the plant in case of a major failure. - Efficiency of the station operation. - Periodic maintenance of the whole site, including diesel generators that power the site. - Managing a team of electrical and mechanical technicians to fix any fault, damage or malfunction that could affect the operation and efficiency of the station.

Working at MATEC Automation, for design, supply, installation and commissioning of industrial automation systems, as a Technical Office, Design, Installations and Maintenance Engineer. Taking responsibility of: - Estimating cost and time calculations for new projects under study. - Designing and testing control logic on various PLC devices. - Designing and testing Human Machine Interface (HMI) codes for monitoring and control automation projects. - Installation and commissioning of automation projects, including control units as PLC, advanced drives applications. - Performing software troubleshooting and maintenance for hardware, software and communication networks. Projects I took responsibility of, includes: - Software maintenance of a SIEMENS PC panel with a third party SCADA software installed, ZenOn software. Maintenance included reconstructing the runtime file and reinstalling and full reconfiguration of the communication drive. (For Al-Ahram beverage, Al-Sharkeya factory) - Software maintenance and machine control commissioning of a robot arm in a granite factory. The arm is automated through analog output signals for motors drives and feedback signals from variable sensors and encoders. On Mitsubishi FXCPU. (For Marble factory, Shak Al-Thoaban) - Design of control and human interface application for a water leveling system in two tanks using analog input signals. Complete with alarms, automatic, manual operations and data log. On SIEMENS components. (For Al-Ahram beverage, Al-Sharkeya factory) - Design of control and human interface application for a conveyor speed control using PTO output signal controlling the conveyor drive, and with a reference to an input signal from an encoder on another conveyor. (For Dairy factory, Assiut) - Design of control and human interface application for sequencing the operation of four deep well pumps filling a leveled tank equipped with two analogy pressure transmitter, complete with alarms, automatic, manual operations, data log and smart selection of the right input signal in case of a fault or miss behavior in one if the transmitters. Installation and R&D Engineer, taking responsibility of:
- Developing applications for technical purposes using C#.
- Programming Studer-Innotec inverters systems to operate as Off-Grid, ON-
Grid, Grid-Tied or Self consumption system.
- Installing and commissioning of Studer-Innotec systems and other French,
Indian and Chinese inverters, including AC side distribution (1ph 220Vac & 3ph
380Vac) and DC side connections and battery bank arrays (12, 24 & 48 Vdc).
