Inspect, test, and evaluate workplace environments, programs, equipment, and practices to ensure that they follow government safety regulations.

PROJECT SCOPE: Providing specialized types of oilfield equipment & Services, consulting, and specialized marine equipment and services CLIENT: KNPC, KUWAIT GULF OIL, ARABI ENERTECH Job Responsibilities: Preparing and reviewing of work Safety risk assessment. Preparing daily report and monthly Safety assessment report. Monitoring the site operations to see that only safe work methods and health safety requirements are being followed on site. Ensure that welfare and first aid facilities are properly maintained. Investigating the root cause of any kind of unsafe incident with measures related to hazards risk assessment. Coordination and supervision of lifting operations at site. Inspection of Workshop, Stores and Labor camp to monitor Health and Safety compliance. Monitoring the efectiveness of Sub-contractor's HSE Policies and Procedures. Conducting Safety Toolbox talk and monthly HSE training to site Workers and Supervisors. Carrying out accident investigation and reporting to the management about accident trends preventive measures. Supervising the activities inside underground Tunnel, Shaft areas and Confined spaces. Monitoring dumping of stockpile, crushing machine and other equipment's. Monitoring of deep excavations and laying of water drainage/sewage pipes. Monitoring of laying and installing of power armored cables. Liaise with the Construction Team to improve efectiveness and progress of the overall team. Monitoring of Sub-contractors for Safety compliance. Monitoring of pavement/Asphalt casting also unloading and installing of bridge precast. Conducting incident/accident report, near miss, unsafe act, an unsafe condition and recommending appropriate corrective measures. Performed routine inspection of facilities and ensure compliance is strictly adhere Carrying out supervisory role over the Sub-contractors, ensuring that procedures are adhered to while carrying out activities on site. Inspecting of on-going construction federal urban highway road/bridges. Inspecting the work permits to ascertain if it's in line with the activities to be performed. Inspecting the confined space activities and ensuring that standard procedures are followed. Ensure that my organization to comply with legal requirement by providing adequate health and safety training to ensure all employees are well trained, skills and knowledge to carry out their jobs safely and efectively. Be open and committed Cascade new information's and procedures to new and existing workers through Toolbox talk and training. Reviewing JSA's and risk assessment prior to start of any site activities. Daily and routine inspection of equipment's, hand and power tools, firefighting equipment etc. and ensuring that Third Party Certificate (TPC) are valid. Initiate and monitor drill and rescue operations to ascertain preparedness in the event of an emergency. Act as safety advocate with tough-caring leadership mentality to ensure compliance with the company's Safety standards. Promotes injury-free operations by ensuring that appropriate Safety rules are communicated to both Company and Sub -contractor employees.
