SMEs Credit Analyst - SMEs Lending Department
Duties include:
- Identifying and approaching potential corporate clients to offer credit loans, facilities, bank services and cross selling.
- Regularly visiting clients and preparing call reports. Preparing reports measuring the performance, uses, risks, exposure and profitability for client. Handling relation with external supervisory authorities (e.g: Central Bank, Central Auditing Organization) and internal auditing.
- Presentation of credit cases to the approval committees. Preparation of credit applications including Credit Facility Memorandum, Credit Facility Report, basic information about client, management analysis, financial analysis, ratios analysis including debt Service ratios, liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, cashflow analysis, bank’s profitability analysis and forecast, risk rating, market analysis, SWOT analysis, strategy in handling the accounts.
- Handling communication with clients, either oral or written. Ensuring that all the required documentations are delivered by clients. Monitoring clients’ accounts. Ensuring that clients are upholding the credit conditions and covenants.
-Awareness of all the policies and procedures issued by regulatory authorities.
