Joined Alghanim Marine Co. in April 2005, within more than 11 years experience in the company many tasks has been assigned to me to supervise and manage the daily work to achieve the company goals.
Since I was appointed as Assistant Operation Manager (April 2005) and promoted to Human Resources Manager (Aug 2006), after prove many of the managerial skills I have been promoted to Executive Manager (May 2010) then Business Development Manager 2015, to be specialist in two significant departments, Project Management - Business development

• Consolidating the work relations with the ministries and government bodies and subcontractors, and open new business channels
• Providing technical specifications sheets, prepare proposals, quotations, to suit with the client's requirements.
• Practical demo and evaluate the performance of the products
• Coordination with suppliers abroad
• Work-site visits and quality inspection
• prepare for the projects time tables
• Project management & contracts
• Responsible for administrative work with various ministries to confirm and following up for all procedures and the company formalities with the government sectors
Marketing:
• Develop marketing plans and budget for various products
• Responsible for the all marketing development and activates such as the social media, newspaper press release, formulation of promotional articles, brochures, catalogues, magazines, flyers, indoor & outdoor media, all kinds of printing, e-marketing, website development and updates
• Responsible for the local & international exhibitions development and activates (Dubai international boat shows 2005 till 2009; 4X4 show exhibitions in Kuwait international fair 2007, 2008, GDA 2011, Diving gallery 2011; Kuwait boat show 2007, 2008, 2015, 2016; Gulf Run 2011, 2012, 2014; Saudi Arabia boat show 2009; Beirut international Boat Show 2010; Auto Moto 360° 2013, 2014, 2015; Kuwait international Yacht Show 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 Outdoor sport & Safari 2013, 2014, 2015; Kuwait Riders 2014, 2015).
• Providing the top management with the reports and statistics, presentations.
Human Resources:
• Prepare and implement the annual HR Plan to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the company.
• Insure all formalities and procedures for the residency validity and visa requirements.
• Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems
• Develop training and development programs to the organization aligning with the organization HR strategy
• Managing recruitment activates for local and overseas
• Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
• Conducting reference check and documents verification
• Responsible for annual salary review process, benefits and incentive packages in order to build competitive salary scale in the market
• Preparation of employment offers and contracts
• Insure the safety procedures
• Follow and circulate the Kuwaiti labor law
• Handled the attendance reports, sick leaves and annual leaves
• Handled end of service, payroll, termination and transfer payments
• Handles grievances and complaints.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
• Design documents to assist in the daily work flow
•Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
•Sell products requiring extensive technical expertise and support for installation and use, such as printers & scanners and ink.
•Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
•Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
•Create sales or service contracts for products or services.
•Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
