US$2 billion, 160Mtpa complex copper, gold and nickel mine (with detailed 1 month to 2-year plans)
• Detailed monthly operations targeting and tracking aimed at achieving yearly production budgets
• Identifying risks to forecast ore feed and providing alternate plans aligned to budget requirements
• Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), operational expenditure (OPEX) and yearly production budgeting
• Detailed dump scheduling in line with long-term dump optimization and environmental strategies
• Lead and mentor a cross functional team of Mining Engineers.

• Act as the alternate appointed relief mine manager when required (MR 202-1 legal appointment)

• Development of drill and blast design standards/systems for optimal blast fragmentation
