to provide timely, accurate and high-quality financial analysis and reporting to the Executive Committee Team on an on-going basis and in response to ad-hoc requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and perform analysis and research in all financial areas such as revenue and expense
Perform in depth analysis of the profit and loss statement; this includes analyzing actual versus forecast performance and working in the different departments to understand drivers
Develop, prepare, and analyze financial reports based on actual, forecast, and budget data including all levels of business at Bin Salem such as field operations, corporate departments, and acquired companies.
Assist in the preparation of the monthly key performance metrics and monthly/quarterly reports, validate accuracy, and ensure metrics are maintained within existing financial systems
Develop the company’s annual operating plan; this includes coordinate with business unit financial teams, evaluate goals, and measure the company’s results versus the stated targets
For assigned projects; prepare detail of work plan and schedule, complete detailed analysis and research, identify options, prepare reports for management, and recommend action or change.
Provide finance support to other functional areas such as HR

To help BOD in formulating long-term strategic plan of the company
To coordinate with auditors internal, external (SCA, Central Bank), and DFM/ADSM
To fulfill the objectives and targets of departments working under me.
Fulfilling tasks performed by NFBC to the requirements from the SCA
Ensuring that local regulations are met
Providing compliance advice and support in relation to new business initiatives
Securing the implementation of a robust compliance infrastructure for any new initiatives undertaken
Guiding the Legal Department & ensuring that robust agreements are met for new business initiatives
Participating in the training and growth of staff on regulatory responsibilities
Development of monitoring program
Managing all relationship aspects between NFBC and elite clients, particularly to those trading Local Shares
Attending all general assemblies held by Abu Dhabi Securities Market, Dubai Financial Market, Securities and Commodities Authority
Representing NFBC and attracting potential customers
Fulfilling teller specific tasks such as deposit/withdraw checking, cash transfer, cash deposit/withdraw
