Monitor aircraft to make sure they run on time
Deal with serious issues that affect the airline, such as air traffic control problems and
adverse weather conditions
Schedule and dispatch tactical aircraft missions
Handle complaints and billing inquiries

Analyze the performance of the branch and the team, identify trends, potential
problems and opportunities
Resolve escalated issues, queries and complaints to guarantee clients satisfaction
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing TE Data standards

Undertake a range of basic buying/contracts services/requests/orders within given
timelines and guidelines to meet agreed upon service levels
Implement the day-to-day buying/ contracts routine and standard activities
Draft, amend, update purchase requests/Request for Quotations/contracts
Verify suppliers/vendors/company credentials and ensure the fulfilment of the criteria
Ensure that purchase requests/quotations/contract terms comply with corporate, local
and international guidelines
Collect data and organize information into buying/ contracts status reports

Establish and develop business relationships with Vodafone customers and reach for
maximum level of customer satisfaction
Handle customer’s complaints and find solution for them

Evaluate suppliers in order to find the best deals possible on goods that are needed for
business operations
Advertise and market for the hospital services and Lasik surgery
