• Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
• Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
• Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
• Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
• Oversee, monitor and constantly manage the costs of the recruitment process
• Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
• Conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
• Managing a team, responsible for the end to end on boarding process (including reporting, keeping track of a candidates and creating a solid pipeline database, etc.), Account Management personnel and Employee Relations.
• Act as point of contact for managers regarding HR topics
• Assist in scheduling a variety of meetings and employee events
• Ensure that department operations contribute to the attainment of organization goals and objectives
• Recommend policies that improve human resource related programs.
• Taking part in the internal promotion process for employees across ECCO.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of human resource department personnel.
