I have worked as a senior site agent which is equivalent to assistant project manager. As a senior site agent i was
responsible for managing and delivering package/part of project independently in terms of all aspects from starting to
completion technically and contractually by coordinating with all stake holders involved in project. Iam directly
responsible for managing key performance indicators including quality, HSE, commercial and progress as per project
and company targets.

Mall of Emirates Expansion Project, Dubai, UAE. . AED 700 Million
In this project i was involved in expansion of carparks, modification of existing galleria façade of MOE in live mall,
new prada & Armani bridges, remerchandising of huge retail spaces including new apple store, new prayers rooms
construction and new mall management office construction. One of the biggest challenge is to work in live mall and
to maintain highest level of safety in each activity. Planning of each activity of hourly basis is huge challenge to avoid
disturbance to mall operations. Planning of logistics in mall non-operating hours was a great challenge and planning
of crane liftings took lot of planning due to limited space around mall. Every activity need to be coordinated with mall
operations to get access to different areas and to avoid any disturbance to mall operations.
Responsibilities:
• Involved in planning stage including diverting services, getting access and developing construction sequence as per
client target handover dates.
• Leading and acting as deputy project manager for parts of project.
• Involved in developing project programme, procurement plan and resource forecasting from starting to completion.
• Developing and implementation of mobilization and logistics plans in early stages of project and managing initial
site setup including site offices, laydown areas, welfare facilities etc.
• Leading project technically including attending weekly technical meeting with client and consultant for getting
approvals and clearing discrepancies involved.
• Coordinating mall management team to have smooth flow of construction and planning all activities as per mall
operation timings.

Construction of 2B+G+ 30 residential tower AED 400 Million
Project located at Al-Nadha, Sharjah residential area developed by Eurostar properties. Project was residential tower
with commercial spaces in ground floor. Total built up area of project includes 46, 000sqm and includes 300 residential
apartment and 2 basements for parking floors. Project was designed by Chawla associates and designed with premium
finishes to create luxurious experience to residents including roof top pool and gym.
In this project i was involved from starting of project in different packages including structure, block works and
finishes of project. I was reporting to construction manager for day to day site activities.
Responsibilities:
• Executing and planning of construction activities as per drawings.
• Coordinating and providing required information for foremens and chargehands on day to day works.

clients. I have worked 3 years with Sisk as a project engineer and iwas responsible from starting to completion of
different major construction packages of works involved in the project. I have gained experience in all aspects of

with Sisk, i have gone through safety trainings by Sisk to manage safety on site as part of daily responsibilities on
site. At Sisk all team members are responsible for QA/QC and HSE and it is part of our job. Iam having a good

B+G+5 Oasis Multispecialty Hospital, Alain, UAE. AED 300 Million
Project is designed by Pedel Throp architects, Australia. Project designed by using modern construction systems
including precast, glazing, wale facade and huge steel crescent canopy. Project is complicated due to huge MEP
services costing 50% of project value. I was first engineer started working on site from ground breaking and was
involved in project up to completion in different packages of project.
In this project i was package engineer responsible for complete frame, huge steel canopy of 300ton steel crescent
canopy and external façade systems including cladding of precast composite panels, glazing and cladding system of
project. Biggest challenge in this project was logistics planning and erection of crescent canopy with steel elements
with three directional angle change as per canopy profile.
B+G+4 Military Hospital and ancillary facilities, Sharjah, UAE. AED 700 Million
Project is designed by AE7 and RSP, Dubai and client is Commander military works, UAE. Project includes 200 bed
hospital with 60, 000sqm built up area and main hospital building with basement and four floors with ancillary
buildings like 3nos staff accommodation, Mosque, MEP service buildings for services and huge exterior
developments. In this project iam assisting construction manager in dealing with technical and construction part of
major subcontractor packages involved in the project including QA/QC and HSE issues
In this project i was involved from ground-breaking to completion of frame. I was package engineers for structural
works and fully involved in piling, formworks, steel reinforcement management and concreting of structures.

This is one the iconic projects in uae, which burned due to fire accident in 2016. Property is owned Emaar properties
and Aecom, wsp and wme are design consultants. Project scope includes demolition, structural strengthening,
modification of structural elements and renovation of complete interior fitout of project. This is a five star hotel facility
with 200 hotel rooms, 700 services apartments, restaurants, spa and all luxury facilities. Project is more complicated

due to its location in downtown and working around with limitations of existing structure. DBB are main contractors
for this project managing around 50 subcontractors and total manpower of 3500 workers are involved in this project.
Responsibilities :
Being a senior construction manager iam responsible for managing day to day site operations including logistics,
onsite & off site storage facilities and welfare facilities. Initially i was responsible for complete civil, structural and
external development packages on site. Later on i took complete charge of delivering 700 apartments from level 15
to 60.
Handled subcontractor packages from kickoff to final handover. I have managed our own direct manpower
600numbers and 1500 subcontractor manpower in packages iam involved in. Major challenge in this project is
managing vertical logistics by using limited available vertical transportation facilities of existing building. I have
complete experience in liaising with clients, consultant and authority required for packages iam involved in. Currently
we are in final snagging and handover of project to client.
