Maintains record availability by processing charts into the department; using chart mark-off procedures; facilitating chart location activities.
Retrieves medical records by following chart-out procedures; documenting reasons charts cannot be retrieved for statistical and follow-up purposes.
Delivers charts to assigned areas of the hospital by following established routing procedures.
Keeps health care providers informed by communicating availability or unavailability of the record.
Discuss beverage items, make suggestions and answer any inquiries.
Take customer orders accurately and operate coffee making equipment.
Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards.
Prepare and pack coffee bean purchases for customers.
Stock inventory according to storage requirements.
Constant visits to hospital, clinics and pharmacies to ensure products are prescribed and moving.
Constant monitoring of our products in pharmacies and hospitals and to ensure stocks are available and in appropriate quantities.
Developing new clients through introduction of our products to other doctors who possibly benefit from our products and also with the pharmacies
Monitoring sales at pharmacies/outlets and ensures stocks supply is constant and maintained.
Setting appointments to the clients thru telemarketing, looking for prospective endorser and loyal clients for the benefit of the company
