- Provide effective management of other personnel actions and transactions such as, staff leave, compensation, pay-roll inputs, time and attendance.
- Assist in the implementation of HR systems and processes including staffing assessment, recruitment, orientation for new staff, staff welfare, salary and benefits administration
- Provide HR support services for the management.
- Handling cases relating to staff discipline and recommend appropriate discipline measures to the appropriate authority.
- Communicate with the procurement department for update on the office items to purchase both consumables and non- consumables.
- Handle both incoming and outgoing mails for my MD
- Handle all his transactions with the bank and his personal file.
- Filling of incoming and outgoing mails, dispatching of mails and other item
- Making sure the office gadgets are in good shape, handling water and NEPA bills, recharging of office lines( communication lines).
