Supported the central Project Management Organization in the potential Post-Merger Integration of the Bayer and Monsanto Acquisition; Part of a 6 months Short-Term assignment with the U.S. office

● Contributed to an organizational transformation of a business unit with lead of the HR workstream (involved in concept development, target setting, implementation)

Assisted the Advertising Sales manager in analyzing international advertising campaigns & product launches
