• Construction as a full turnkey of a village composed of 18 buildings with the complete rural

• Alfa Franchise re-branding - design and execution of all shops
Co-founder and projects director, overseeing all phases of multimillion-dolIar telecommunications
infrastructure and environmental projects for government and private sector clients. Experience
includes managing a crew up to forty engineers and skilLed technicians in GSM infrastructure
improvements, transmission hops instalLation and commissioning, design and instalLation of PV
powered green solutions and a variety of other construction and rehabilitation projects. Backed by
strong credentials and a proved history of on-time, on-budget and high quality project completions.
• 3G rollout project: project director: working closely with Ericsson for the implementation of the
3G network for Alfa (1st GSM operator); 145 sites (including CW, telecom installation and
transmission expansion and integration)
• Project director for Huawei: implementation of the core network (RNC-BSC and switches
rehabilitation) for MTC (2nd GSM operator). 3G rollout project with Huawei includes civil works,
Telecom installation and transmission deployment.
• Wi-Max infrastructure project for Mada - Waves.
• Alfa expansion project for the year 2009 dozens of rollout sites (1 million $ project)
• GSM operator radio BS swap out projects for Nokia Siemens (40% of GBA network)
• MTC Lebanon expansion for the year 2009: A 2M$ project which includes the expansion of
the existing network hub which is widely distributed along the Lebanese territory from Akroum in
the northern area down to Naqoura southern coastal region.
• Syrian Border Interference Project with Alfa and MTC Lebanon to reduce interference between
both countries. This is a 1M$ project that includes full turnkey GSM sites construction from
excavation up to transmission and RF lines, antennas installation and commissioning.
• Preventive maintenance for transmission towers for MTC Lebanon.
• GSM IBS for Alfa and MTC Lebanon
• Design, supply and installation of green solutions for telecommunication rural sites: This
project was properly executed and delivered to the MoT. All relative photovoltaic autonomous sites
were commissioned and tested in the presence of the former Minister of Telecommunications (i.e.:
Arz Tannourine 6KWp solar generator to power up an ERICSSON base station and MW link on NEO
consult's 35 m angular tower).
Head of operations: Planned, coordinated, and directed engineering project, organized and
assigned staff, and directed integration of technical activities with products. Evaluated contract
proposals, directed negotiation of research contracts, and prepared bids and contracts.
• Rehabilitation of the majority of all bombarded GSM sites after the July war of 2006
• Microcells implementation for Alfa
• Managed the rollout of Mobi/iburst phase I soft launch in 2006-2007.
Technical consulting within the Owner Supervisory Board of MIC1 and MIC2 regulating and
monitoring the mobile business in Lebanon and in direct relation with the minister of
telecommunications.
Projects: Handover project between FTML, Libancell and the new management of the GSM
sector (Alfa and MTC Lebanon); Tender process and documents for the management of the GSM
sector in Lebanon; Master Transfer Deed: official agreement between the government and the BOT
contractual operators of the GSM sector; The final network custody and operation between the MoT
and both GSM operators; The full monitoring probes for the consolidation of CDRs traffic between
GSM operators and Mot the owner of the sector;
