• Perform system maintenance, including Change Requests, Support Packages, SAP Notes & Upgrade to SAP Hana, Fiori & ESS/MSS (HCM Lead)
• Provide support resolving HR problems, functional (Time Sheet, leaves, allowances…) and technical (workflows, calculation…)
• Collaborate with other Departments to fulfil ongoing customer needs (with IT to develop reports and workflows, with Finance to comply with IFRS Standards…)

• Gap analysis between Business Requirements (BBPs, EUTs) & SAP System and translating these into technical specifications to the SAP Partner
• Assist the SAP Partner in the reconfiguration of the business processes following the SAP best practices
• HCM Issues review with HCM Business Owners & SAP Partner
• Provide complete solution to off-shore Consultant in order to solve HCM issues or to implement Change Requests
• Cover all functional, technical and practical areas of SAP HCM Business Processes
• Provide Advice & Guidance during Business Blue Print phase
