• Prepare Valuation of the Contractor’s Statement for Interim Payment Application in accordance with Approved Works Done, Contract’s BoQ, Technical Specification and COPA, SATCC & FIDIC
• Coordinate / negotiate with Consultant issues such as: Payment Certification process & Approval; Work Inspection Approval through inspectors/materials/survey work approvals
• Monitor daily progress work against schedule of work
• Assist Project Manager in preparing cash flow and S-curve
• Prepare Progress Reports
• Provide preliminary and continuous analysis, and review Quantity in Contract BoQ against IFC Drawings

• Inspect survey works for tower alignment and template setting
• Ensure that the contractor meets its activity schedules
• Ensure the availability of all materials at hand by the contractor
• Monitor and inspect Materials on-Site prior to use and prepare material discrepancy report in case of non-conformance
• Review the test results/ properties of soil, and investigate the actual soil condition
• Witness concrete compressive testing conducted by the independent testing laboratory
• Investigate and propose suitable design for foundations where approved design does not suit the actual site condition
• Follow-up the SEC approval of IFC drawings with the Contractor
• Assist Project Engineer in preparing Progress Report
• Assist Project Engineer in checking and reviewing accomplishment for Contractor’s Payment Application
• Review and check of Construction Drawings
• Coordinate with Project Engineer(Consultant), Project Manager (Consultant) and Project Manager (Client) outstanding technical issues of the project

• Monitor Progress of Works of road works, earthworks, sabo dam, slope protection, retaining wall, ditch, culvert and other structures
• Inspect the construction of slope protection, retaining wall, ditch, culvert and sabo dam (as required)
• Assist Structural Engineer in investigation and in preparation for design of structures with its comparative study for slope protection, culverts and other structures to prevent river scouring and landslides
• Do all other tasks assigned by a Resident Engineer / Project Manager conscientiously and to the best of my ability
•Monitor and supervise the actual construction of the project assuring the detailed plans and specification requirements are followed
