 HR related matters such as compensation and benefits, medical insurance, payroll, performance management, and professional development.
 Working closely with the PRO regarding visa and work permit applications, renewals and cancellations and relevant related processing for new staff, ensuring they are aware of their requirements. Liaising with DHA/HAAD to obtain Occupational Health cards and relevant licenses and insurances for School Doctors and Nurses.
 Participating in recruitment efforts i.e. posting job ads and scheduling job interviews as well as assisting in interview process.

 In charge with the teachers/staff Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) approvals.

 Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system and setting up bank accounts for all staff.
 Answering payroll questions and facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors.
 Booking flights for new hires, leavers and company staff.
 Supporting the Heads of School with investigations and disciplinary management of staff, ensuring accurate records of cases are kept within confidential staff files.
 Coordinates and provide effective and efficient support with different functional heads which include department heads, accounts & finance, administration, human resources, safety and security, facility, school transport department and other functions for all transactional and strategic requirements.
